DEAR LORD MARUTHI, HAVE ON ME SYMPATHY

O Anjaneya- the Son of Wind,

In you solace I always find,

If I see you anywhere on the road,

Totally is removed my mind's load,

You help me move a mountain,

Your presence is sacredly certain,

You give me a mood to trust,

I am sure you will do the best,

You will carry me if I am tired,

You will fulfill what I have desired,

You will always guard my life's path,

You will make my power mammoth,

With me you will ever stay,

I will with hope always pray,

You will give me enough health

And also the needed wealth,

When I keep you in my mind,

To save, you will come behind,

If before you I pray by standing,

Your blessings will be outstanding,

If your holy name I always chant,

Guts in my heart, you will plant,

If Rama's name I mention,

Boons, you will sanction,

You remove our anxiety,

And give to mind clarity,

Your support I always need,

As you will help with speed,

Your feet I will worship,

To get out of hardship,

Me dear God Maruthi,

Have on me sympathy,

Give me stamina and power,

In goodness, let me tower,

O Maruthi- the Lord of nine planets,

Make peace fall into my nets,

O Hanuman- the invincible,

Praying to you is sensible,

To your feet I will always cling,

Only your glory I will ever sing,

Dear Hanuman, I fall at your feet,

Save me from every defeat,

Always I will think of only you

As you alone will kindly rescue!
