Veteran indian journalist, author, human right activist kuldip nayar was born on 14th aug 1923 at sialkot, pakistan. he was appointed high commission to great britain in 1990 and nominated to the upper house of indian parliament just after seven years i.e. in 1997. he is generally known for his bold views on politically sensitive issues.
