Narayan Nagbali Pooja | Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple

There are two different pujas performed in Narayan Nagbali Puja. And Narayana Nagbali Pooja is considered complete only after performing two pujas together.

1) Narayan Bali Puja 2) Nag Bali Puja The amalgamation of these two different pujas is known as the Narayan Nagbali Puja. Narayan Nagbali Pooja is only performed at a religious place called Trimbakeshwar Temple.

It is said that Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga is the incarnation of Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Mahadev, so Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple is considered a very sacred place for any worship in Hinduism.

Narayan Bali Puja is associated with the salvation of the soul after his death. And Nag Bali Puja is associated with the atonement of the sin of snake killing.

If a person has left home before their death and the reason for his death is not known, and if the person's last rights have not been properly performed, then the soul of such a person does not receive salvation. Narayana Nagbali Pooja is very important for giving Moksha to such souls.

Narayan Nagbali Pooja is also performed to satisfy the desires of our ancestors at the time of death. If their souls are not satisfied they cause problems and create obstacles in the next generation's life and activities. This means Naryan Nagbali Puja is said to be the Pitru Dosh Nivaran Puja.

If a person in the family dies due to death i.e., by accident, suicide, childlessness, etc., then Pitru Dosha is created in the family members, and for the removal of that Pitru Dosha Narayan Nagbali Puja is asked.

Narai Nagbali Puja is performed at the Sati Maha Samshan and Ahilya Godavari Sangam in Trimbakeshwar. And in Trimbakeshwar only Tamrapatradhari Pandit have the right to worship.
