Search not for glory somewhere,
It lies on the smile that you wear,
When hardship you silently bear,
You are a winner my dearest sir.
Rules of discipline if you obey,
Others will follow only your way,
Learn the technique to truly pray,
Will be great whatever you say.
Correct your inferiors, don't punish,
Best way is to properly admonish,
Find never in others any blemish,
In heart, love must never diminish.
If you are sincerely perspiring,
Every mind, that will be inspiring,
Your duty may be extremely tiring,
But, with dignity, you will be retiring.
Others, you boldly lead,
With controlled speed,
Guidance is the need,
To wise words, all heed.
When others' burden you share,
You prove that you show care,
Sharing and caring is so fair,
For example, remember the air.
You produce a masterpiece,
That is your correct service,
Try to earn properly Rupees,
But, sacrifice not holy peace.
When your action is remarkable,
You prove that you are capable,
To the world, you turn agreeable,
For fame, you become eligible.
Defeat may try to cruelly scare,
Never at all have any nightmare,
Extra hours if you wisely spare,
You and success form a pair.
God is your reliable friend,
Before Him, knees you bend,
Your life, He will kindly defend,
Embrace Him calmly in the end!
