Calmly and quietly think,

By viewing every aspect,

With holy God, form a link,

By giving proper respect,

In tears, never at all sink,

Inspect, but don't suspect,

Find peace by calming the mind,

Kind words support from behind,

Mined is sorrow if mind is blind,

Never at all get agitation,

As it mars your character,

Give to anger no invitation,

Your mind, you often monitor,

Whenever you face irritation,

Pray to God who is the Creator!
